Two ways to point the domain
Choose the handover method that works for you: share nameserver or DNS instructions that the renter applies, or add the renter as a technical contact at your registrar.
We handle the renter
Renters browse, inquire, and subscribe through our checkout. All communication between owners and renters is mediated by our admin team so your contact details stay private.
Instant payouts upon monthly rent receipts
Connect your Stripe account to receive payouts. As soon as each monthly rent payment clears, the net amount is sent to your connected account automatically.
10% commission
We keep 10% of each rent payment to cover payment processing, platform operations, and support. The remaining 90% is yours.
You stay in control
Edit your listing, pause availability, or manage handover details at any time. Your domain remains in your registrar account; the renter only receives the access you grant.
